How we handle your details
This page covers this website only. Your school’s records in Registra stay on your school’s own server.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we receive what you type into the form: your name, school, phone number, and anything else you choose to add, such as your email address, role, school size, town and message. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address for an hour’s worth of checks, only to stop the same sender filling the form again and again.
Why we collect it
Only to contact you about Registra: to arrange a demonstration, answer your questions and send you a quote. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it’s kept, and for how long
Requests are stored in a private database at Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and emailed to us through Resend. Only we can see them. Each request is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it.
Spam checks and cookies
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. This website has no advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser.
